MACCLESFIELD:
On 3.1.2012 offenders smashed the glass in a rear double glazed kitchen window at a house in the Kennedy Avenue area of Macclesfield. They then reached in and opened the window fully so that they could climb into the property. Once inside it is thought that they slept in the property before leaving the following morning
On 6.1.2012 a burglary was reported in the Crossall Street area of Macclesfield. Entry was gained by forcing open a wooden front door
A burglary took place at a terraced property in the Park Lane area of Macclesfield during the afternoon of 11.1.2012
A brown leather handbag was stolen from a kitchen at a house in the Park Lane area of Macclesfield on 13.1.2012. The thief entered via an insecure back door.
A male offender approached the rear of a house in the Ash Grove area of Macclesfield on 25.1.2012. A pitchfork was used to smash a UPVC door, the offender then reached in and unlocked the door using a key which had been left in the lock.
Two high value mountain bikes were stolen from a house in the High Street area of Macclesfield on 27.1.2011 when thieves entered throught an insecure front door. The cycles taken were described as a Giant Trance mountain bike in powder blue and a Ribble Nero Corsa road bike
Avon cosmetics were stolen from a house in the Countess Road area of Macclesfield when thieves entered the house via an insecure front door. on 27.1.2012.
A vehicle was stolen from the Balmoral Crescent area of Macclesfield on 19.1.2012
Early on a weekday morning, a vehicle which was left running on a driveway in the Briarwood Avenue was stolen.
On 3.2.2012 an attempt was made to gain entry to a ground floor flat in the Devon Close area of Macclesfield
On 7.2.2012 a Hook and Cane burglary occurred at a house in the Fearndown Way area of Macclesfield which resulted in a vehicle being taken from the driveway. The car keys had been kept on a table next to the door.
Cash was taken from a house in the Nicholson Avenue area of Macclesfield when a rear door was forced with a crowbar.

On 14.2.2012 a burglary was reported at a house in the Sandringham Road area of Macclesfield whilst the owners were out. Thieves later returned to the property and stole a vehicle from the driveway.
During the night of 25.2.2012 offenders gained entry to a house in the Cedar Grove area of Macclesfield via a possible insecure front door. An Ipod plus docking station, an Xbox and a ring were taken. The offender was disturbed and made his escape taking car keys and a vehicle from the driveway.
On 1.2.2012 a quad bike was stolen from a farm building in the Wildborclough area of Macclesfield
Tools were stolen from an insecure shed at a house in the Hurdsfield Road area of Macclesfield on 4.2.2012.
A vehicle was stolen from outside a newsagents in the Park Lane area of Macclesfield when the owner left the vehicle unattended with the keys left in the ignition.
SIDDINGTON: A quad bike was stolen from a farm outbuilding at premises in the Congleton Lane area of Siddingtion overnight 10.2.2012
POYNTON:
On 5.1.2012 a Landrover Discovery was stolen from outside a house in the Deva Close area of Poynton.
A vehicle was taken from the Park Lane area of Poynton on 14.1.2012 and it was later found abandoned with major suspension damage.
A landrover Defender was stolen from the Deva Close area of Poynton on 12.2.2012
A Triumph TR7 was stolen from a farm building in the Middlewood Road area of Poynton on 17.2.2012
TYTHERINGTON :
Garden shears from a garden shed were used to gain entry to a property in the Tytherington Park Road area of Tytherington on 11.1.2012. The offenders used the shears to force the patio doors off the runners.
ADLINGTON :
A ground floor single glazed window was smashed at a house in the Booth Green area of Adlington in order to gain entry. The occupant had popped out to the shops and returned to find the break. Some jewellery and watches were taken.
A Landrover was stolen from a pub car park situated in the London Road area of Adlington on 10.1.2012
DISLEY:
On 26.1.2012 unknown offenders tried to gain entry to a side garage at a house in the Overdale Road area of Disley. The handle/lock mechanism was damaged in the process.
On 16.1.2012 entry was gained via the conservatory at a house in the Dystelegh Road area. The offender had searched the house but nothing seems to have been taken.
A vehicle was stolen from the Meadow Lane area of Disley on 20.1.2012 and then set on fire
Offenders entered a house in the Chantry Road area of Disley on 15.2.2012 to steal property. They forced a rear patio door to gain entry.
On 27.2.2011 a Honda Deauville was stolen from an outbuilding in the Hagg Bank Lane area of Disley.
